To register to vote you must fill out a voter registration application form. Voter registration applications are available at our office, the division of Elections, driver's license offices, state agencies that provide public assistance, libraries and many other public locations.
A form may also be completed online. THE FLORIDA VOTER REGISTRATION APPLICATION FORM REQUIRES AN ORIGINAL SIGNATURE. The completed online form must be printed out, signed and mailed to our office. Your application will be processed by our office upon receipt and a voter registration card will be mailed to you.
