Important Dates

October 6, 2014 - Book Closing

All new registrations must be turned in to the Supervisor of Elections office or postmarked by this date in order to be eligible to vote in the November 4 General Election.

Early Voting

October 20th through November 1st

Monday through Saturday - 7:30AM to 5:30PM

Sunday - 10:00AM - 6:00PM

Absentee/Vote By Mail

October 29th at 5:00PM deadline to request a ballot to be mailed

October 30th - First day an absentee ballot may be delivered to a designee. Designee must present written authorization signed by the voter and must sign an affidavit and show ID.

Absentee ballots must be received in our office by 7:00PM on November 4, 2014.

Election Day

November 4, 2014 - Polls open from 7:00AM until 7:00PM

It is an honor and privilege to serve as your Supervisor of Elections.  My staff and I strive to conduct fair, open and transparent elections in the most efficient and professional manner possible.

I would like to personally welcome you to the official website of the Elections Office in Holmes County, Florida.  Please take a few minutes to browse through the various features.

Being an involved voter has become more and more important in today's world.  It is important for today's voters to be well informed in order to participate effectively in the elections process.  The more you know in advance of Election Day, the more pleasant your voting experience will be.
